If I could choose only one baby item to invest in, it would have to be a swing. Swings were a lifesaver when the girls were babies, and it is no different with Joshua. So when I was given the opportunity to try out the Taggies Swing ‘N Go Portable Swing, I jumped at it.

About a week after Josh was born, my sister-in-law came to visit and assembled the swing for me. It took her less than half an hour to put together and we immediately tried the swing out with Joshua, who took a nice little nap in it.

The swing has five different speeds along with three different timer settings- 30, 45 and 60 minutes. There are also 3 nature sounds and 8 melodies to choose from.

Joshua loves the cute plushes hanging overhead and the Peek-A-Boo blanket, which extends out from the t-strap.

While we own one of the larger, full-sized swings, it’s nice to have the Taggies Swing ‘N Go as I’m able to carry it from room-to-room, which enables me to actually get things done around the house. Also, I love that it not only folds up easily, but it folds flat making it easy to store. The fabric seat and head support are removable which also makes it easy to wash. And if you’re bothered by the loud motor noise of a full-sized swing, you’ll definitely appreciate how quiet this swing is.

All in all, if you’re looking for a swing that isn’t going to take up an entire corner of a room, or that you can easily store or transport, I would definitely recommend the Taggies Swing ‘N Go Portable Swing. You can see from the pictures above that Joshua certainly likes it!

Looks like a great swing. I like that it’s portable too. My niece is expecting & I’d love to get her a swing like this one.

Oh that’s fantastic – we had an old, old wind up swing. It made so much racket and every time it stopped our daughter woke up. This one looks like it would be great to bring along just about anywhere!
